Event Title:
Global Kids Takeover
Event Type:
virtual global summit for kids
Description:
A Free Virtual Summit Led Entirely by Kids, for Kids
On Saturday, October 17, 2026, the International Kids' Council (IKC) is hosting Global Kids Takeover — a free, one-day virtual summit planned and run entirely by kids, for kids. Young people from around the world will lead sessions on the skills that matter most for the future: financial literacy, digital literacy, emotional literacy, collaboration, and problem-solving, all woven in with fun too!
Registration is free and includes access to every live session and all resources. VIP tickets ($25, early bird pricing through September 17) include live games, presenter Q&A, session recordings, and a learning-app account to use before and after the event.
The summit gives back as well; a portion of proceeds supports a cause chosen by IKC members — helping Burmese refugee children in Thailand continue their education through the Mudita Foundation.
